US Dealers: Dealers license and other customary paperwork
Dealers from Mexico: Mexican license (Canaco card), and

Auctions are held every Wednesday at 9:00 AM
Gates Open: M-F 8 AM - 4 PM

IS THERE A FEE TO VIEW THE CARS?
No. There is no cost to view the cars, no entry fee. Public
viewing is welcome. |

DO YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES?
Yes, if you win a bid and purchase a car you will need
to pay an additional buyer’s fee that range $60-140
per car depending on the cost of vehicle. |

CAN ANYBODY ATTEND YOUR AUCTIONS?
Yes, our auctions are open to the general public and dealers.
However, some cars are ***only dealer only cars.**open
for dealer purchase and some for public purchase. Due
to the fast pace/movement of vehicles, minors are not
allowed. |

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF YOUR AUCTION? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
All people attending auction must register at the entrance
and get a number. We will use this number to track any
purchases you make. If you have the winning bid on a vehicle,
you will be required to place a deposit (minimun of $200.00). |

WHERE DO YOU GET THE CARS?
We get vehicles from a variety of sources: new car trade-ins,
charity donations, impounds (police, CHP, sheriff), consignments,
etc. |

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE CARS YOU AUCTION?
No. All cars are Sold-AS-IS. Buyers are responsible to
inspect the car prior to bidding. |

DO YOU SMOG VEHICLES?
No. Most vehicles are not smogged. Some of the vehicles
may have a Smog Certification and will be disclosed prior
to auction. |

CAN I INSPECT THE CAR PREVIOUS TO THE AUCTION?
Yes. We have vehicle viewing Tuesday 9am-4pm. All parties
are welcome to check all vehicles. You can start the engines
by asking the security guard for the key. |

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash payments only. Buyer may leave a deposit for a
winning bid. Full payment must be received by 4PM the
following day. |

WHAT KIND OR PAPERWORK WILL I GET AFTER I BUY A CAR?
All paperwork is disclosed previous to the sell. There’s
a variety paperwork which may include: Titles, liens,
application for duplicate title, etc. |

I AM BUYING TO RE-SALE IN MEXICO, WHAT PAPERWORK DO
I NEED TO CROSS MY CARS AND SELL THEM IN MEXICO?
Mexican Laws on occasion change without notice. Please
consult a mexican registration services (Agencia de Importaciones)
There is an independent registration company at our auction
that may answer your questions. |

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THE ABBREVIATIONS UNDER "TITLE"
COLUMN IN YOUR AUCTION LIST?
D = Clean Title
DL = Lien Title from a wholesaler
L = Lien Title from our company (open for general public
purchase)
S = Salvage
DNOPW = Clean Title but we do not have it*
JUNK = Will become Salvage at the DMV
*These cars maybe be purchased in full and taken off
the premises with a bill of sale, we will then contact
you when the title comes in. You may also leave a deposit
and we will notify you when the title comes in at which
time payment is required. |

Yes, you must be registered legal owner of vehicle with
documentation, for a reasonalbe consignment fee. |
